1894 Gallery, located in downtown Texarkana, Arkansas, showcases an eclectic collection of artwork from both local and regional artists while also acting as a unique event space.
There’s so much to experience in Texarkana. If it’s history you’re into, we’ve got it. If it’s family fun, we’ve got that, too – tons of it! We’ve even got ghosts! But like most things in Texarkana, you just have to see it to believe it.
Initiated by Tex-Ark Antique Auto Club in 2004, the Four States Auto Museum is nostalgic, educational, and crammed with cool classics. The museum has a rotating collection of 20+ vintage cars, including a couple Model Ts.
Texarkana’s premier water park has everything imaginable: water slides, a lazy river, jungle gyms, a wave pool, and a special pool and spa area just for the grownups. The five massive water slides, each with unique twists and turns, are the highlight of the park.
If you happen to be looking for the only post office in the U.S. that sits in two states, you’ll find it here. And if not, you’ll probably think it’s pretty cool anyway. Nicknamed “photographer’s island,” the Texarkana Post Office and Federal Courthouse straddles the Arkansas/Texas state line and has two separate zip codes.
