It’s that time of year again, and this isn’t an April Fool’s joke: the 77th Annual Four States Fair and Rodeo is returning to Texarkana, Arkansas, on April 1!
The fair is returning to the lineup of spring events for the second year in a row, but it’ll only be in town for two weeks. So, let’s get down to business: what do you need to look forward to this year?
As always, the fair promises food vendors to suit every taste. Whether you’re looking to chow down on cotton candy, spinner spuds, funnel cakes, or something a little more unconventional, the Four States Fair has something for everyone to eat!
In addition to the usual offering of carnival games and rides, there will be a couple other events going on during the fair. The 2022 AMMP Motorsports Monster Truck Madness is set for the first night of the fair, and tickets include admission to the fair. You can buy tickets and see who’s participating here.
And if you miss the monster truck madness, you can grab a ticket for the 31st Annual Demolition Derby on April 2. You could even participate in the derby if you wanted to! Tickets to the demolition derby also include admission to the fair, so grab yours today or see the rules for participating here.
The Four States Rodeo

The rodeo will take place on the second weekend of the fair, starting on Thursday, April 7, and running through Saturday, April 9. Tickets to the rodeo are $25 and include free admission to the fair. Grab your tickets today and learn more here!
The gates will open at 5:00 p.m. on April 1, and tickets are already on sale. The fair will be open from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. each day until April 10. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for children who are 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. You can buy tickets online or at the gate.
