Dusty Pedigo Memorial Pool Tournament - Saturday, October 8 - Sunday, October 9
Whiskey River Country is hosting a 9-ball tournament in memory of a beloved local player. The winner will take home a big prize! You can learn more about the tournament here.
Cornhole Tournament Benefitting Temple Memorial Pediatric Center - Sunday, October 9
Crossties is hosting their 3rd annual Cornhole Tournament on October 9 and the event will benefit the Temple Memorial Pediatric Center. The tournament will start at 1:00 pm and cost for entry is $60 per team. First place winners will receive $1,000. Learn more here.
Al Fresco - Music of the Night - Friday, October 14
Join the Texarkana Regional Chorale for an evening of music al fresco in historic downtown Texarkana, Arkansas, at 1894 City Market. The event is free but donations wil be accepted. Learn more here.
Downtown Live - Friday, October 14
This fun, family-friendly event presented by Main Street Texarkana happens on the second Friday of each month. Get downtown and watch artists create live in person, enjoy local food and drinks, and hear live music. Learn more here.
An Evening with the Phantom at 1923 Banana Club - Saturday, October 15, 22, and 29
Just in time for spooky season, you can spend "An Evening with the Phantom" at the 1923 Banana Club. This live dinner theater show is based on the historical Phantom Killer murders that happened in Texarkana in 1946. You'll get a four-course dinner and an interactive show at one of the coolest venues in Texarkana, AR. Get tickets here.
Oktoberfest on the Line - Saturday, October 15
Texarkana’s inaugural Oktoberfest event is presented by Farmers Bank & Trust and offers fun activities for the whole family. It’s a great way to experience the magic of downtown, while immersing yourself in a different culture. The event will feature a biergarten with tasting flights; gourmet hot dogs, sauerkrauts, and mustards; a “kindergarten” with a bouncy house, face painting, and other activities for kids; local vendors; and a German car show.

Universal Vibe Festival - Saturday, October 15

Food Truck Festival & Hot Air Balloon Glow-Show - Saturday, October 15
Arlatex Foodie & Festivals is hosting a food truck festival and hot air balloon glow-show at Bobby Ferguson Park on October 15. The event will include food trucks, tethered hot air balloon rides, and a balloon release to honor breast cancer survivors and remember those lost to breast cancer. Learn more here.
Fat Jack’s Halloween Party - Friday, October 28

Fall Car Show & Concours d’Lemons - Saturday, October 29
Hosted by the Four States Auto Museum, the Fall Car Show & Concours d’Lemons is open to cars and trucks from any year. The event will start around 8:00 a.m. on October 29, and it will feature class judging along with fun recognitions. Registration is $25 for museum members and $30 for everyone else. 2022 Taste of Texarkana - Tuesday, November 1
After a two-year Covid hiatus, Taste of Texarkana returns to the Four States Fairgrounds from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on November 1. The event is hosted by Harvest Texarkana Regional Food Bank, and it features food and drinks from local vendors and restaurants, along with local entertainers.
